We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If you have any concerns or questions, you can contact us at info@lastleafstudios.com.au
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If item has been damaged in transit Australia post requests you present the item to them for assessment. In this instant we both make a case with Australia post. You can request I seek the refund and send a replacement or you can be reimbursed by Australia post.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products that have been opened). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We stand by the quality of our products and we are committed to customer satisfaction.
Refunds and exchanges are on a case by case basis.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange please post the item back to us and we will exchange as soon as the item has arrived.

Where bags are required we choose first biodegradeable paper bags
We always choose first recycled/earth friendly shipping materials to pack mail orders in either previously used satchels & cardboard boxes or eco friendly when available.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all orders via Australia post. Our postage costs reflect not only the cost of the postage but also factor in cost of packing materials and time to pack items.
Cost approximatly as follows
Standard tracked Shipping up to 1 kg: $13.00
Order Arrival: 2-10 business days, depending on location
Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Standard tracked Shipping up to 5 kg: $18.00
Order Arrival once shipped: 2-5 business days
There are two main options for shipping:
Note that it takes 2-3 days to process orders ordering express is for Express post label but does not give priority packing.
Aus Post Express – This option is fast, cost effective and trackable online, since we want our fresh products to reach you quickly, safely and in perfect condition. This option will have your package delivered in 1-2 days once shipped for most capital cities and metro areas.
Aus Post eParcel 5-7+ days – this option has been provided as a lower shipping cost option and parcels can take 5-7+ business days for delivery (or longer to remote or regional areas, WA & NT).
We are not currently offering pick up options it is postage only for the time being.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Our postage dates are generally Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Once your order has been shipped it should take 1 to 5 business days for delivery for Express and 3-14 days for Aus Post eParcel.You can use your tracking number we send you to track your parcel online:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
While we don't currently have these available please get in touch if you would like to order overseas and we will get it sorted
Outside of Australia our preferred shipper is Australia Post. You have 2 options to choose from:
Option 1 International Economy Air – please be aware this is a non- trackable freight option. Orders take approximately 6 business days for delivery depending on your country. This option is only for parcels weighing 2kg or less. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTION.
Option 2 International Express – this option includes tracking of your item. Orders take approximately 4 business days for delivery depending on your country.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The note will include your consignment number, and depending on the option you have chosen you may be able to track your delivery online. If you have chosen a non-trackable option, there is no information available.
DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your countries government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.
Every country has different rules and regulations when receiving international packages. We follow the general guidelines set by the Australian Postal Service for international shipping that are not specific for any given country.
Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained in customs.
MISSING ITEM POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, we are human and mistakes can happen. Due to the rising cost of international postage, we can no longer ship items that are missing from your international order. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing item
