We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused in its original packaging. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If item has been damaged in transit Australia post requests you present the item to them for assessment. In this instant we both make a case with Australia post. You can request I seek the refund and send a replacement or you can be reimbursed by Australia post.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products that have been opened). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
